I'm always up for a new challenge in fitness and in life. So when I saw the free demo of Core de Force on Beachbody On Demand today I was excited to give it a try. It did not disappoint.

In 25 minutes, veteran trainers, Joel and Jericho, took me through a fast paced, full body workout with easy to follow moves that helped me work up a sweat and kept my heart pumping from start to finish. By the end of round 6 my shoulders and abs were literally on fire not to mention the burn in my thighs from the high and low movements.

What I like most about it is that it requires no equipment at all and there is a modifier so I feel like this workout is accessible to most fitness levels. With the holidays coming up, it's the perfect option because I can take my workouts with me anywhere and know I can have them done in less than 30 minutes and I don't have to travel with any equipment to stay on track on the go! 

The workouts are broken down into 6 rounds of 3 minutes each (just like a real boxing match). Each round delivers a 1 minute combination drill that works your arms, legs and core and is followed by 30 seconds of speed work to boost the heart rate. And then it repeats. Six rounds later you're feeling stronger, tougher, braver and a whole lot sweatier!

This workout literally makes you feel both physically and mentally tough as you envision your target and deliver punch after punch. It's fun and effective and a whole lot cheaper than therapy, ha!
