Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be given for Weekly Office Hours once booked. No refunds for wellness consults, but bookings may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Reschedule requests later than the 24 hour required window will be charged a $50 re-scheduling fee as availability is extremely limited each month. We will respect your time, please respect ours. Private coaching appointments will be scheduled offline between Calie and her clients personally. You will receive an email with scheduling instructions and next steps within 48 hours of purchasing this option.
