The goal...focus more on what's going well and less on stress as we approach the end of the year and the busy holiday season.


At the start of each & finish of each week there is a short self-assessment. Make sure to fill this out so you can see how your shift in perspective and focus on gratitude and what's working well helps motivate and impact other positive actions in your day and life.


There is a mindset message for each day of the challenge to get you thinking about some of the negative patterns you might not even be aware of and the little tweaks you can make to support your efforts to focus more on joy and less on worry, fear and anxiety.
