Country Heat Sneak Peek - Today Only - June 20


I'm so excited for my sister's newest program, Country Heat, coming out at the end of the summer. The test group results have been coming in and people are getting such amazing results with these high energy, low impact, easy to follow 30 minute dance workouts. I knew we could change our bodies with just 30 minutes a day using weights and really pushing hard, but I have to admit, I was surprised at how much everyone's body changed simply dancing!
